These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Elite Finds' ("we," "our," or "us") moving and relocation services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Elite Finds provides professional moving and relocation services including but not limited to:

  • Local and international moving
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Storage solutions
  • Office relocation
  • Specialty item moving

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes
  • Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or difficult access
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move are free of charge
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee up to 25% of the quoted price
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the quoted price

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your moving needs
  • Ensure all items are properly packed or identify fragile items
  • Be present during the move or appoint an authorized representative
  • Secure parking and necessary permits if required

Liability and Insurance

  • Basic liability coverage is included with all moves
  • Additional insurance options are available for purchase
  • We are not liable for items packed by the customer
  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of move completion

Prohibited Items

We cannot transport the following items:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Perishable food
  • Plants
  • Pets
  • Valuables (cash, jewelry, important documents)

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation in Hong Kong.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.
